A Study On The Historical Site Of Hualu Hilllock Located In Menxi Area Of South Nanjing

The area surrounding the Hualu Hilllock is rich in historical heritage.However,due to war and other turmoil,the temples and gardens were repeatedly destroyed,and this famous place in history has gradually been reduced to fragments in space and time.This projects uses a textual criticism method to illuminate historical events and heritage by referring to historical documents and maps,as well as survey maps and aerial photos,in order to restore the architectural space and urban fabric of a certain time.The first chapter is the introduction part,introducing the research origin,status,purpose and significance,research object and scope,methodology,main contents and research framework.In the second chapter,the text is divided into two parts,the first part gives a brief introduction to the existing site.The second part analyze the historical street of the site natural elements and historical buildings in site,the evolution of old important architectural space.The third chapter research the accurate location of various historical space,with reference to the historical documents,historical maps,and during the Ming and Qing Dynasties mapping,aerial map.The research tries to restore some fragments of history,contour recovery of architectural space of a specific period of time.In the fourth chapter,we use all kinds of literatures and the ancient shape description,and design means to reconstruct the shape and texture of historical space,.The design assumes that recovery period for the late Qing Dynasty(Tongzhi)before the outbreak of war in the Republic of china.The whole thesis contains about 43 000 words,230 pictures and charts.
