| The Hualu Hilllock area has a long history,since the Wei and Jin Dynasties there's a lot of Men of literature and writing built gardens here,even many High officials and noble lords made their houses here to be temples.But with the time passby,things has changed,after several wars and turbulences,those historic remains have been destoried.The main purpose of this restoration planning is to restore Ming and Qing Dynasties scene of this area,try to rebuilt the ancient Jinling scene at one time,reconstitute the historical space form of ancient Nanjing's Representative places,make sure the boundary of the historic spaces and filling them.The design came from the main historical images,combine with relevant records in the history,than we can rebuilt the historical texture and spatial nodes.The final result contains completed plot plan and impression drawings based on that plan.On the one hand this design will provide a consult to the future plan,on the other hand it's an attempt desigh to combine architecture with history.The first part mainly about the resource and the meaning of the project,and we made the planning principles and design methods.The second part focus on analysis of the status,the main historical images and spatial nodes.The third part introduced the main operation steps of the restoration design,and how to rebuilt the gardens.In this part,we try to rebuilt the spatial contour of gardens.In this project we built the historical texture and spatial nodes through design devices,try to show the spatial atmosphere.We chose the Ming and Qing Dynasties as the target period,on one hand this is the last glory of this area which deserves restoration,on the other hand we have plenty documents of this period and the inter space form is easier to infer.In the project we mainly discuss the restoration of the space atmosphere on the planning level,because the lack of time and documents we didn't go further in architectural form aspect. |
