The Research Of Community Garden Space Building Under The Social Value Target

Community garden space as a part of urban landscape has become the focus of the residents,designers,the real estate developers and administrative officials.As a result,garden space has presented an increasingly colorful and diversified vision.At the same time,it also faces excessive pursuit of visual effects,ignoring the interests of users,the lack of local specialties and traditional style and other issues,garden space can not become the public space in the community with social significance.And under the rise of civil society,community building is also in the crucial period,the weak sense of community,low level of public participation,and the lost of humanistic spirit are the plight of this phase.The purpose of the study is: according to the idea of combination of the garden space design and the community construction management,we could revive the community vitality through improving garden space to achieve social value of community garden space and promote sustainable community development.This research adopted quite a few methods,such as the literature research,field research,cases studying and so on.Based on the domestic and abroad existing research results,this paper re-examined the current community garden space construction practice,contrasted from the perspective of horizontal and vertical,investigated different types of communities' present situation on the community building and garden space to analyze the existing problems and their causes.Through the comprehensive analysis and summary of the relevant design concepts and methods,the construction of community garden space plan and design which is based on public participation and the construction of security system are proposed.Main contents are as follows:Chapter1,Introduction.This first part introduced the background,research,concept interpretation,theoretical basis,research contents and the framework of the thesis.Chapter2.This second part concluded the practice of community garden space construction at home and abroad and mainly analyzed the domestic main problems in the construction of garden space.Chapter3.The third part investigated the construction of different community types and their landscape space in our country and analyzed the status of community construction,the status of garden space,and the need for the construction of landscape space.Chapter4.The forth part is the research on the strategy of public participation in community garden space construction which aims to guarantee the realization of the target of social value of garden space.Chapter5.The fifth part is the main body of the paper.This part combined the present situation analysis and combed the relevant theory to construct the plan of garden space and design strategy.Chapter6.The sixth part is also the main part.In order to implement the plan and design strategies,this part built a community garden space security system.
