| A person belonging to a group of animals,as a member of any social group,can not live alone.Social help to establish a sound and friendly relationships,make people feel happy,people are closer together,social adaptability will also be strengthened.After retirement,the elderly are faced with sudden changes in their lifestyle and their environment and they can not adapt to the living environment.Living lack the indoor space to communicate with others and gradually alienate from the outside world.This phenomenon is harmful to the elderly healthy development of mind and body.The overseas community care facilities attach great importance to the social activities and the design of the space for the elderly,and also make use of community resources to promote friendly relations with community residents.At present our country vigorously advocates community home-based retirement care mode.The construction of related service facilities is being vigorously promoted in all parts of the country,it is committed to providing a variety of old-age care services for the elderly.However,most of the space environment of community care service facilities,there are many problems in the functional configuration,suitable old facilities,environment and other aspects,often neglect the social needs of the elderly.And now,there is a general lack of public social spaces for the elderly in urban communities,where the elderly are nowhere to go.Therefore,it is of high research value for the indoor social space design of such pension facilities as the community home-based retirement comprehensive service center.To create a social space suitable for the elderly to meet the growing social needs of the elderly while helping the elderly to maintain good physical and mental health,adapt to the development of modern society and usher in a new life for the aged.First of all,this paper obtains the relevant background information,including the national policy,construction specifications and design standards.Preliminary understand the function and status of the existing urban community-based elderly care facilities,determine the research object.Secondly the community home-based care services,related facilities,social networking,social space concepts and definitions,defines the research scope,then analyze the case at home and abroad,drawing on the concept of excellence.And then select several urban community care facilities in Zhoushan City,physical space environment research,covering three communities of the two streets,respectively for home care service care center,elderly activity center,pension service station,through field visits and surveys understand the endowment facilities of interior space and environment set and the elderly use situation,find out the question remains,constructive way to reform and optimization.Next,by analyzing the elderly social behavior characteristics,forms of activity and social needs,sorted out the corresponding social space type and spatial organization model.On this basis,the design strategy and design principles of social space for the community home-based comprehensive service center are put forward.Finally,we analyze the actual location of Xingpu community,understand the regional culture and history of Zhoushan,selected community a vacant public housing resources,observe the site investigation and the surrounding situation of project.Combining with the extraction of regional cultural elements in Zhoushan City and the community on the existing service thinking,according to the relevant national construction standards and design specifications from the perspective of the use of the object that is based on the elderly,start humane design practice.Through the above analysis and practice research,this paper clarifies the importance of "social space" in community home-based retirement comprehensive service centers and draws corresponding conclusions,which will provide some references for the design of indoor social space for such facilities in the future. |
