Modern enterprise is facing more and more fierce competition,the competitive environment is becoming more and more complex and uncertain.In this case,the enterprise comes to realize the importance of management,hoping that by raising the management level to improve the state of the company.The key of management is the management of people.So modern enterprises pay more and more attention to the employee performance evaluation assessment.The automobile manufacturing is the dominant industry and one of the pillar industries of the national economy.As the world’s biggest market for automobile’s production and marketing,it in itself will bring some challenges to China’s automobile industry.This paper is mainly based on the related theory of human resource management and organizational behavior.Through the investigation about the degree of satisfaction on the part of employees in the firm and combining the existing methods in human resource management,this paper summarizes the experience and deficiency in staff management.According to the actual situation of the case firm and the combination of theory and practice management,this paper puts forward an optimal design scheme about performance management system,which is truly related to employee’s salary,bonuses,performance management,training plan,career development and so on personnel management.Moreover,we develop safeguard measures for this company.We also establishes corresponding evaluation and feedback mechanism to ensure that the proposed management improvement measures can be born implementation.From the theoretical level,this article research helps people to know human resource management performance evaluation.At the same time,through the efforts of implementation and the improvement of the performance management plans and measures,we arouse the enthusiasm of employees,as well as the realization of the interactive cooperation between staff and management.It is of practical significance for the China-rising Motors Industrial Company.
