Nowadays is an era of information explosion and information sharing,and the use of information by enterprises has reached an unprecedented height,everything is information and everything is data.S company is a new energy material developmentbased high-tech enterprise,the company has built the enterprise information security management system at the beginning of the establishment,but with the rapid development of the company’s business,and the application of emerging technologies such as big data and cloud computing,the information security management system established at the beginning of the company is facing huge challenges.This paper combines the author’s experience in the field of information security for many years,takes the information security management system of S company as the research object,finds the problems existing in the information security management of S company at present by means of questionnaire survey and expert interview,the problems mainly include one is the information security management strategy problem,two is the information security organization problem,three is the human resources security aspect problem,four is the information security technology problem,five is the Information security operation and maintenance problems,and in-depth analysis of the causes of the existing problems,and then combined with the knowledge of information security theory,drawing on the advanced experience of domestic and foreign enterprises in the field of information security management,put forward for S company information security management optimization program.The optimization plan mainly includes one is information security strategy optimization,two is information security organization optimization,three is human resource security optimization,four is information security technology optimization,five is information security operation and maintenance optimization,and the implementation guarantee and effect analysis of the optimization plan,and finally achieve the goal of optimizing and improving information security management of S company.
