With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,companies also grow into a new phase.Being taken into the enterprise management as the core,HRM plays a more important role.Among HRM,performance appraisal is the key aspect.A sound and reasonable performance appraisal system helps evaluate the work of the employees and support them to realize their personal values,which in turn benefits the continuous and long-term stable development of the company.The focus of this thesis is performance evaluation system,which is a critical part of the human resource management.The research subject is the modern manufacturing enterprise CQ,which is engaged in research and development,design,production,sales,personalized hub "global custom,ultra-low weight aluminum alloy automobile wheel hub".This thesis applies literature research,case analysis method,questionnaire method,interview method and so on.It comprehensively and carefully analyzes the CQ original performance appraisal system,expounds the actuality of CQ performance evaluation system,and finds out the existing problems and weaknesses,and adopts the theory of performance evaluation of knowledge depth profiling.This thesis studies and develops a suitable employee performance appraisal system for CQ,and strengthens the human resource management of CQ.First of all,the research background,purpose,significance and some methods used in this paper are briefly described.The theoretic value and practical value of this paper are put forward through the discussion of relevant research results at home and abroad.Secondly,it summarizes the basic concepts and theories of performance,performance appraisal and performance appraisal system,and strengthens the understanding of performance appraisal by introducing the contents of performance appraisal in detail.Thirdly,it makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current performance appraisal system of CQ,and expounds in detail the main problems facing the performance appraisal system of CQ and the causes of the problems.Finally,it puts forward the optimization design scheme of CQ’s performance appraisal system and the relevant assurance measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme.By optimizing the performance appraisal system of CQ,employees can not only realize their personal value,but also develop toward the goals of the enterprise,so as to promote the realization of the overall goals of the enterprise.This article is based on the full understanding of the CQ management present situation as well as the short,medium and long-term development goals.On the basis of combining the company current performance appraisal satisfaction questionnaire investigation and study,it can objectively analyze the CQ’s existing problems in the performance appraisal system,so as to build a set of optimized performance appraisal system to help CQ avoid these problems existing in the current performance appraisal,and also put forward the corresponding optimization scheme of assurance measures.It ensures that CQ can have a strong market competitiveness with respect to its future development and operation. |
