With the develop of the national economy and scientific,travelingby bus has becoming a more and more important trip mode.and thefollowing hidden danger of the traffic safety is increasingly serious.Thesituation give a huge challenge to the life and property of the masses.Soresearching the data acquisition system of vehicle-borne radar todisplay the information of distance and speed and giving a alarm in thedangerous situation have a important practical significance in theprocessing of safe travel.The article design the whole hardware platform according to therequest of the performance.Specifically select the IVS-179radar as thereceive and dispatch portion.and design the low noise amplificationcircuit to dispose the output signal of the radar.then design theperiphery circuit of the ADS7861chip to sustain the AD converter.Thewhole hardware project do the process control with the EP2C5T144C8as the core chip.Design the flow chart according to the workflow of the system.Then give a derivation of the model of the IF signal.and give thederivation of the FFT arithmetic.and design the AD controller based onthe operation time sequence.To solve the question of the inconformityclock,so call the asynchronous FIFO IP core to cache the discrete IFsignal.then call the the FFT core to dispose the data and acquire thefrequency domain discrete IF signal,and cache the data in thesynchronous FIFO core to make preparations for data input to thecpu.then design the interface module of the FIFO core in the SOPCBuilder,and then transfer the data in the FIFO to the cpu to acquire thefinal data of the distance and the speed of the front car.then give out theresults of modules in the Modelsim and the schematic diagrams.Finally,the simulation results indicate the system can meetrequirements of the real-time and veracity.
