Residential area is an important way of living of urban residents, and the outdoorspace ofresidential area provided an important venue for residents activities and exchanges.The traditional residential outdoor space design aesthetics and style of the mainconsiderations, without considering the impact microclimate and outdoor thermalenvironment of space thermal comfort of the residents. However, due to various naturalfactors, the district cannot meet people in all regions comfort and environmental qualityrequirements. Among the factors, the effect of wind environment and light environment onthe quality of the residential environment is extremely important, and it is becomingthemost concerned problem in the community research on environmental quality.Although theexperimental measurements results have the advantages obtained withauthentic, experimental methods are often subject to personal safety, accuracy and flowfield measurement limit disturbance and other factors. At the same time, the experimentalmethod also accompanied by a high level of funding, the enormous human and materialconsumption and lengthy experimental cycles. Simulation method is just to overcome theseshortcomings experimental methods. Its applicability stronger, broader application.Notlimited by the physical model and experimental models, flexibility, and time-saving.Through simulation, you can get an accurate indoor and outdoor ventilation and lightingenvironmental conditions, and the results are displayed on the screen, is equivalent to aphysical experiment. Simulation method can quickly get the indoor and outdoorenvironment, the architectural design reflects the advantages and disadvantages, andprovide timely and effective optimization of design guidelines. Therefore, it isincreasingly widely adopted method of simulation software.For the deficiencies of simulation and design optimization existing residential buildingoutdoor environmental quality, the main choice of building residential wind topicscomputing environment from three aspects of the environmental impact of the wind, suchas the extension field scale, factors affecting of the residential outdoor environmentalquality optimization, residential building orientation and field wind environmental studied.For cell research ventilation outdoor venue impact, using the current situation morepopular commercial software ANSYS Fluent to calculate the ventilation. For researchcommunity outdoor venue lighting and shadows, using Ecotect software to simulate thelight environment. Which are mainly based on the dominant wind of winter and summerestimates of natural ventilation performance andbased on both10:00am and16:00pmestimates the solar light.Compared with the previous simulation of building simulation, this study provides ascale from computational domain size reasonable way to study the residential construction field calculated wind environment, and focus on the both light and wind conditions ofintegrated environmental performance evaluation and optimization rather than focus onlyon one aspect.To study the quality of the residential environment is very important tocombine with the effectof the wind environmentand the effect of the light environment. Inaddition, the lack of previous studies on the impactof wind environment with the changesof entire buildings facing, this study can provide effective technical support and advice forurban construction and environmental optimization.
