Today,China's urban and rural construction has made brilliant achievements in promoting the rapid economic and social development and rapid urbanization.However,we must clearly recognize that the extensive construction of urban and rural consumes a lot of natural resources,the people's growing material needs,further exacerbating the consumption of non renewable energy resources,environmental pressures,caused many environmental problems.Understanding,respect and comply with the law of city development,explore the scientific and reasonable construction mode of urban and rural areas,efficient use of natural resources,it has important significance for promoting the sustainable development of urban and rural construction,also in line with the future development of China's urban and rural planning business requirements.Residential area is an important place for people's daily life,the proportion of urban and rural construction.In the face of stress of China's natural resources and excessive energy consumption,haze and other air pollution is increasingly serious,residential area planning and construction of how to better respect and conform to the natural environment law,the minimum mitigation effect on natural ecological process,especially the exploration of adaptability of residential building group layout pattern and city micro climate environment,promote the planning and design of residential areas to make better use of wind environment law to improve the quality of residential environment,has important significance to reduce the consumption of natural resources.In this paper,the use of technical means to wind environment simulation and discussion of residential building layout and wind environment characteristics between law,want to rely on scientific and reasonable residential building layout,improving the quality of residential environment,efficient use of natural wind environment,enhance the quality of living environment,promote sustainable economic and social development.Firstly,residential environment status of wind area at home and abroad were summarized;secondly,introduces the principle of CFD technology,analysis methods and procedures,and analysis of the wind environment simulation method of adaptability;third,construct the judgment index,reasonable residential wind environment.The results show that the reasonable static wind rate is an important parameter for the wind fourth,to determine the environment;different layout pattern of six residential areas of Chengdu case as the research object,using CFD simulation carried out evaluation of wind environment of residential area,residential wind environment reveals the distribution and variation law,at the same time,using Tecplot software to generate the visual image of the wind cloud,on the basis of analysis the relationship between residential building layout and development mode and the wind environment;finally,put forward the optimization of the layout of residential buildings to adapt to the characteristics of the wind environment Strategy can provide reference for residential planning and design.The main innovations and conclusions of this study are as follows: 1)starting from the study of wind environment in the city,the system discussed the concept of scale and scale transformation,and puts forward the effect of the wind environment in the city scale,city of wind environment in different scales,the focus and methods are different,the concept of universal,which has a certain reference value for similar research;2)the minimum static wind area index to carry out the study on the wind environment of living area,the results show that the minimum static wind area rate of wind environment in hot summer and cold winter area neighborhood scale important value index,the research results have important positive effects on Optimization of the area planning of residential area;3)discusses the correlation characteristics of residential development and construction strength combination relationship with static wind rate and wind speed distribution;4)is proposed based on the wind ring The spatial optimization strategy of residential area based on environmental features and laws.
