Water environment as an important carrier of the environment,pollution problems are still more prominent,how to scientifically and reasonably plan and control the water environment has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the dahezigou watershed in Lingwu of Ningxia as the research object,adopts the general idea of "source control,process control and end treatment",studies the characteristics of water system elements in Lingwu City,guides the flow direction of water system through planning,and adopts the water environment treatment mode of flood discharge and dry interception,which has certain guiding significance and practical value for the comprehensive management of water environment in peripheral River Basin.The main achievements of this paper are as follows(1)Overall planning of water elements for comprehensive treatment of water environmentBased on the analysis of the flow direction,water quantity and water quality of the water system of quanlingwu City,the method of "drainage in flood season and interception in dry season" is adopted.In the wet season,the standard water is drained and diluted into the Yellow River,and in the dry season,the substandard water quality will not be discharged into the Yellow River.(2)Regional linkage water controlThrough Lingwu Ningdong two regional ecological environment,river director office and other related functional departments linkage governance.The control of source pollution sources inside and outside the jurisdiction area and the joint law enforcement of ecological environment should be well coordinated to achieve the governance objectives of the whole basin through the coordination of upstream and downstream water environment governance.(3)Engineering measures and biological measures at the same frequencyAiming at the problems of endogenous pollution,ecosystem degradation,low vegetation coverage and small wetland space in dahezigou,engineering measures such as sediment dredging,ecological filter wall(overflow weir)and overflow pavement were adopted to remove the polluted sludge in dahezigou channel and increase the wetland space.Biological measures such as replanting aquatic plants can increase the vegetation coverage,restore and reconstruct the water environment ecosystem of dahezigou basin,enhance the environmental carrying capacity of the basin,and achieve the goal of water environment governance.
