The conventional emergency of urban rail transit is an occasional event that occurs frequently in a certain area of the site during the daily operation of urban rail transit,which affects the safety of operation and production due to internal factors of the system,causing property losses and safety threats.Because of its internal collectivity,it is often necessary to effectively mobilize the overall resources of the subway for disposal.The effectiveness of disposal methods directly affects the service quality and the safety of passengers.At present,there are shortcomings in the historical cases of conventional urban rail transit emergency events,such as incomplete expression content and inconsistent expression structure.Therefore,research and establishment of urban rail transit event information management system is the foundation of sound rail transit emergency safety management mechanism.This article mainly analyzes the types of conventional rail transit emergency events and their internal and external factors,and analyzes the scenario structure of the event based on the knowledged element theory.The “ event → sub-scenario → scenario dimension → scenario element → scenario attribute → scenario feature” Degraded and layered structured approach extracts key information layer by layer to assist in compiling subway fault logs.After the establishment of the structural system of conventional emergency scene of urban rail transit,the word-similarity module in the semantic Similarity computing tool was used for the Similarity test of basic information,and the Similarity calculation of the scene structure of the event was carried out,and then the Similarity of the scene with the same name or the highest Similarity in the scene chain and its underlying elements was calculated.Based on the structural model of conventional emergency situation of rail transit,similarity matching was carried out for the subject retrieval strategy through "event-scenario-emergency management dimension-response task scenario elements-disposition behavior attribute-driving organization characteristic".And the dynamic bayesian network based on the conventional emergency scenario of rail transit is proposed to realize the safety dynamic supervision of rail transit operation system.Using scenario-structured method to analyze historical events,make the scenario knowledge of the event comply with computer language input specifications,lay the foundation for the establishment of a scenario-response management platform,make full use of case,driving factors and other information for simulation deduction,predict the development of simulated accident This possibility can increase the speed of emergency decision-making for conventional emergency events of urban rail transit and become a more scientific and reasonable auxiliary tool.
