China’s industry is growing rapidly,but dangerous chemicals are being used more and more.Polyethylene,as an important synthetic resin,has also become an important part of China’s industry.But because of the characteristics of flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful,the dangerous chemicals used and produced in the production process also threaten the public society at all times.Once the polyethylene production accident broke out,not only will cause great harm to the enterprise personnel property,but also may cause serious damage and loss to the public property.In order to be able to control and prevent the production of polyethylene accidents,to prevent the factory due to accidents resulting in property losses,for polyethylene production process How to analyze and estimate major hazard sources has become an important subject.Firstly,the related research on risk estimation of major hazard sources at home and abroad is briefly described,and the production technology of linear low density polyethylene is introduced.After that,we summarize the current assessment method,and through the comparison of its advantages and disadvantages,we conclude that the present risk assessment method can not combine quantitative and qualitative analysis.Then we think about the deficiency of classical fuzzy control: because of its static membership and membership function,the relativity and variability of things can not be involved.To address this issue,it will be possible Variable fuzzy sets are applied to the risk assessment of polyethylene process.Combining with the actual production process and the corresponding research,the evaluation index system is established.On the evaluation index system,combined with the variable fuzzy set theory,the risk evaluation model of major hazard sources based on the variable fuzzy set theory is established.Finally,taking a polyethylene plant as an example,the risk assessment of the hazard source is carried out simultaneously using the flammable safety assessment method and the evaluation method created in this paper,and the results are compared.The results show that the fuzzy evaluation model established in this paper can evaluate the risk of major risk sources in the process of polyethylene production,and it is more simple and accurate.
