The Research On Development Strategy Of "Green+" Port In Dalian Port

Dalian Port is an important port in China,also the largest port in Northeast China and the most important comprehensive foreign trade port.With China’s economic development entering a new normal and deepening adjustments in foreign economic structures,port development is becoming increasingly important for the development of the city and its subordinate regions.With the continuous expansion of modern port functions,the"homogeneous" competition between ports has intensified.Dalian Port has not only been under the heavy responsibility of building an international shipping center in Northeast Asia,but also faced the pressure of auxiliary ports within the Bohai Rim Port Group,and even Face the threat of competition from many foreign ports in Northeast Asia.In 2018,in order to promote the coordinated development and transformation of ports in Liaoning Province,China Merchants Group and the Liaoning Provincial Government jointly integrated Dalian Port and Yingkou Port.The establishment of Liaoning Port Group in 2019 also marks the official start of the comprehensive development of the Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt.After the integration of resources,opportunities and challenges coexist in Dalian Port.This article consists of six parts.The first part is an introduction.Firstly,the research background and significance of the thesis are explained.It is pointed out that under the background of integrated development of port resources,the "green+"port development strategy of Dalian Port has certain theoretical significance and practical value;Discuss and research related practice documents;then describe the research methods and technical routes.The second part is to support the relevant concepts and theories about port development in the article,and on the basis of the concept of "green port",combined with the development trend of the port,summarize and put forward the concept of "green+" port.The third part is an overview of the development status and existing problems of Dalian Port,pointing out the importance of the development of "green+" ports in Dalian Port.The fourth part describes the external environment and competitive environment of Dalian Port,and uses SWOT to analyze the strategic development environment.The fifth part is the formulation of the "green+" port development strategy for Dalian Port.First,it will position and develop the "green+"port of Dalian Port;then,based on the previous theory and analysis,it puts forward the key strategy for the development of " green+" port.The sixth part of safeguard measures includes policy,infrastructure and enterprise management.This article takes the resource integration of Liaoning Port as the background and the"Green+" port development strategy of Dalian Port as the research object.It aims to find and take the initiative to find Dalian Port through the description and reference of domestic and foreign port development related literature research,combined with the actual development of Dalian Port.Breaking through the direction of development "bottleneck",Dalian Port can combine its own resources to exert its superiority and efficiency,enhance its comprehensive competitiveness,and become an international professional port.
