Research On Eco-tourism Promoted By The Government Of Kuandian,Liaoning

Eco-tourism is a tourism activity based on abundant natural resources and characteristic ecological environment,with the development concept of sustainable development,the foundation of ecological environment protection,and the principle of harmonious development between human and nature.With the continuous progress and development of human society,people's living standards have been improved to a certain extent,and their lifestyles have also undergone great changes.They are no longer confined to the busy city,but pursue the return to nature and ecology.Kuandian country,Liaoning province is rich in ecological resources.It has experienced the development bottleneck of forestry economy and mineral resource economy after the high consumption development stage.Under the new normal,relying on abundant natural resources and good ecological environment,the development of eco-tourism has become a new driving force for the economic and social development of Kuandian,Liaoning.After many years of development,Kuandian county ecological tourism has achieved remarkable results and great deal for the local economic and social development,but there are also exist some problems,especially the local government to the development of eco-tourism planning and positioning is not accurate,in-depth,tourism scenic area reform supporting infrastructure cannot meet the increasing ecological tourism development needs,etc.,this paper revolves around these issues in-depth analysis,carefully summarize the local government in the development of ecological tourism in which the functions of the government are not effective to perform,and fully draw lessons from advanced experience at home and abroad,put forward four countermeasures and suggestions according to the Kuandian county local situation,In order to further realize the sustainable development of ecological tourism of Kuandian county,promote the local ecological environment and promoting industrial structure upgrade,improve residents' environmental awareness and living standards,boosting the county economy radiation driving force and improving the quality of economic development achieve the organic unity of economic,social,ecological,has certain theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper,using the method of literature research,case study method,field investigation and comparative analysis,the integrated use of public management,public economics,sociology and other related disciplines theory,combined with the characteristics of the ecological tourism,from the perspective of theory and practice,in Kuandian county of ecological tourism overall development as the research target,discussed in Kuandian county of ecological tourism development situation,the study on system development present situation and the present stage effect.The main contents of this paper are as follows,1.The problems of Kuandian county government in promoting eco-tourism.Through on-the-spot investigation,the villages and towns to visit and check data,to fully grasp the local ecological tourism development present situation,by careful combing and analysis of relevant data and materials,the local government in the ecological tourism to promote paper summarizes the problems existing in the process,the main problems are the lack of government scientific and reasonable planning,imperfect management system,inadequate infrastructure,such as inadequate government play to social and economic functions.2.Analyze the reasons of the problem.Firstly,the government does not pay enough attention to the planning,lacks pertinence and long-term effect,and the development and utilization of eco-tourism resources are mostly superficial.Secondly,in terms of the management system,the guiding role of the government is not fully played,there is a lack of overall coordination and management,and reform and innovation are not in-depth enough.Thirdly,in the aspect of infrastructure,the development is slow due to insufficient investment,emphasis is placed on early-stage investment and construction,lack of publicity and marketing,and the eco-tourism industry chain is not closely linked.At last,in terms of social and economic functions,the government has not fully understood the idea of coordinated development,and has not made enough efforts in environmental protection publicity and ecological culture education.3.How to promote the development of eco-tourism in Kuandian county,and with the development of the continuous transformation of government functions,put forward effective and in line with the situation of Kuandian county countermeasures and suggestions,to find the best way and effective means for the Kuandian county eco-tourism government to achieve administrative efficiency.Through the domestic and foreign ecotourism development model,the government to promote the ecotourism development of the experience and results of the research and analysis,combined with the actual situation of Kuandian county to put forward suggestions.Second,we will strengthen organizational management,constantly optimize the allocation of resources,continue to promote reform,strengthen regional linkages,and enhance influence through extensive publicity.Third,we will strengthen supporting infrastructure construction,broaden financing
