The erected steel pipe support has the advantages of strong versatility,convenient construction,good overall rigidity,and large bearing capacity.It is widely used in the construction process of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures with high headroom and large span.However,due to the lack of scientific safety management technology for erected steel pipe supports in the current engineering construction process,safety accidents occur frequently,which seriously affects the construction safety of construction projects.In view of this,this paper applies the Interpretation Structure Model(ISM)to the safety management system of erected steel pipe supports,and considers the influence of major risk factors of hidden dangers in the safety management of steel pipe supports,and establishes the safety management model of erected steel pipe supports.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the accident evidence and Delphi method are used to determine the list of potential accidents.On this basis,through analyzing the potential accidents of steel pipe supports,the safety management index system of erection-type steel pipe supports from five aspects: design,materials,construction site,management(system)and environment is further obtained,which lays a foundation for establishing the safety management model below.Secondly,based on Delphi method,determines the erection of steel pipe scaffold the index correlation of safety management,combined the technology of ISM theory,constructs the erection of steel pipe scaffold explanation structure model of safety management,and the erection of steel pipe scaffold safety management factors of forming three class hierarchy index system of cascade: build a steel pipe bracket,namely the erection type steel tube scaffold safety management of the underlying factors;The number of components and the ecological environment are the direct factors;The other factors are indirect factors,which provide a reference basis for preventing accidents of safety management of steel pipe supports.Finally,based on the structural model for the safety management of erected steel pipe supports,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced.Taking the silo funnel steel pipe support as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the hidden dangers of the silo funnel steel pipe support safety management are carried out,and the silo funnel case is obtained.The weak link in the safety management of steel pipe supports verifies the applicability of the built-up steel pipe support safety management interpretation structure model in the practice of steel pipe support safety management,and provides certain guidance for the safety management methods of this type of construction process.
