In recent years,the domestic chemical industry has been developing vigorously.As an important part of the chemical industry,fine chemical industry has been widely used in environmental protection,food and feed,biological products,plastic leather and textiles and other fields.It is an indispensable link in the development of national economy.In its vigorous development,how to efficiently fine chemical production has become the important problem,because the industry characteristics of the fine chemicals industry,prompting fine chemical production process presents the characteristics of small batch,many varieties,seriation,obviously the traditional mass production mode is not suitable for the development of fine chemical industry,so the fine chemical industry in seeking intelligent manufacturing.Fine chemical batch production,the author of this paper the reaction kettle in the existing in the production of the problem of insufficient flexibility,considering the problem of the production capacity of waste of the study and implement the flexible control system,a set of unit process on the basis of added the Internet for the flexible control system of remote monitoring function,formed a complete remote control system of flexible fine chemical unit processes.The thesis carries out the following work for the system:(1)Overall scheme design of the system.The whole is divided into four parts,namely process control station,operation station,data center and process engineer station.By specifying the process routes of different products at the process engineer station,engineers transfer the data to the operation station and control station to achieve process flexibility.(2)Process control station research and implementation.With Siemens series PLC as the hardware basis,Graph programming as the main,supplemented by the screening logic to achieve the sequence control of each step can be optional trigger process,and then to achieve the process route of flexible specification,improve the original sequence control logic.(3)Pperation station research and implementation.With Siemens series WINCC as the hardware foundation,realize the visual operation of various control instructions at the control end and the digitalization and intelligentization of the production process.On this basis,use VBS programming technology to realize the operation of the database and complete the transfer of process routes,parameters and other data.(4)Engineer station and data center design.Based on the three-tier architecture,the ASP.NET MVC framework was used to construct the process engineer station,and the warehouse model was used to construct the architecture design of the data center.Secondly,the WEB service of the system is designed in detail from the aspects of display layer,logic layer,data access and data model.Finally,the realization process of WEB service and the process of application deployment to server are introduced.(5)System testing.The simulation test of the control station and operation is carried out,and the simulation test of the running results and data interaction of each program module is carried out.Secondly,the WEB services part of the functional test and compatibility test.
