In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, fine chemical products update every day, fine chemical industry plays an important role in national economy, the fine chemical industry is committed to the development of fine chemical products which is filled with various functional high technology content, and cultivation of talents become the key factor restricting the development of fine chemicals; In higher education, then, how to develop "thick foundation, wide caliber, strong ability and high quality" of the creative direction of fine chemical industry talent? Fine chemical experimental curriculum system is the foundation of fine chemical course system, experiment setup of course system and construction and talent cultivation orientation and quality have a close relation.Respectively in this paper, by using the methods of investigation and comparison, we select several universities as research subjects, such as dalian university of technology, tsinghua university, east China university of science and technology, tianjin university, Beijing institute of technology, wuhan university of science and technology, south China university of technology, Harbin industrial university, China university of petroleum and so on. we study the training program of fine chemical industry among these schools, respectively from the training objectives, training requirements, curriculum system, the experiment course system and the research direction of research and analysis, and we find out the existing insufficiency of chemical experimental courses in colleges and universities, the main problems are:the positioning inaccurate position of experiment course system, course setting pays attention to theory and the contents of the experiment is too scattered, experiment and practical projects are lacking of logic, the version of teaching materials is limited and inconsistent, individual differences are paid not enough attention, this course lack of organic connection, modern science and technology knowledge. Fine chemical industry discusses the new situation to the requirement of experiment course system setting, the objectives and principles of fine chemical experimental curriculum integration; And on this basis, we continue to explore the experimental course system of fine chemical industry under the new situation optimizing method and the strategy of integration, the main methods are:embedded, extension type, type of suture, fluctuation, restructuring. Main strategy:to build the "three-dimensional" fine chemical experiment course system, optimize the structure of the experimental course system, introducing modularization experiment, to establish the campus innovation education bases, developing the students’ ability of innovation and research and development, to set up the simulation training experiment platform, establish campus pilot experiment base, the combination of "production", making the combination of school and enterprise. During the fine chemical experimental curriculum structure readjustment, building a new system of chemical experiment course, divided into the experimental teaching system, the comprehensive ability training system, engineering ability training system. At the end of the article, we discuss the method of optimization and integration in experiment course through experiment course and project optimization and integration between the cases.
