Fly ash is a kind of solid waste,unreasonable storage will occupy a large amount of land,if stacked at will in the open area will cause pollution to the environment.Using fly ash and increasing the amount of fly ash to prepare large amount of fly ash building materials can improve the utilization rate of fly ash,at the same time,it is necessary to ensure the compressive strength and frost resistance of its building materials.Thaw cycle is prone to cracking,strength reduction and other phenomena.This paper makes high strength building materials with high calcium fly ash,cement and sand in gangue power plants,analyzes the reasons of high strength building materials,solves the problem of weak frost resistance of fly ash building materials,and probes into the quality of fly ash to building materials The effect of energy.First of all,the material and proportion of the building materials test block are selected,the best scheme of the building materials test block is determined by contrast experiment,and the manufacture of the large amount of fly ash construction material is realized.Finally,the bulk density,water absorption,freeze.thaw resistance and compressive strength of the building materials test block are tested in the laboratory.The conclusions are as follows:(1)By testing the compressive strength of group A and B,and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of group A and B,the formula of group B was selected as the main analysis object.(2)The compressive strength of Group B is not very stable,so it needs to be improved on the original basis,and the stability of the modified test block has been improved obviously,and a series of performance tests have been carried out,and the test results are quite ideal.(3)The compressive strength of group B modified formula test block is higher than that before freeze.thaw test,because the hydration reaction is carried out throughout thewhole experiment.Although the freeze.thaw test will affect the compressive strength of the test block,on the whole,the improvement of the compressive strength of the building material test block is very remarkable.The final results show that the building materials made of high calcium fly ash,cement and sand meet the national standard comprehensively,the selection of the raw materials in this test is relatively simple,but its compressive strength and resistance to freeze.thaw test results are more advantageous than those in other literatures,and the properties of the building materials are changed differently by the content of fly ash,gel material,water.solid ratio and sand content,which lays a foundation for the manufacture of high.dose fly ash building materials and promotes the development of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.
