There are three coal-burning boilers in the Electric Power Plant of Petrochina Karamay Petrochemical Company and about 30,000 tons fly ash will be produced every year.For the absence of rational use,so far,the fly ash is close to 200,000 tons totally,and all piled up in the ash yard.Affected by the drought,sandstorms and continental climate,the heap of the fly ash which is abandoned has seriously affected the surrounding environment of cities and towns.This problem is put forward in this paper.At last,the driection and measure of pollution control is introduced.The measure mentioned in this paper for pollution control is producing the cement material with the abandoned fly ash.After this measure being carried out,the yield of the cement material would increase and the operating cost would decrease.On the other hand,the measure could improve the function of the cement. At last,changing the discard to treasure and turning the harm to benefit could turn into reality.On this basis,the properties and commoditization of fly ash is analysed in this paper.Through setting up a 100,000 tons/year cement plant,the comprehensive utilization of fly ash is achieved and the optimal recycling mode is established.
