The development of solid filling mining technology has enriched coal mining theories,methods,and technologies.This technology can effectively solve the problems of coal mining waste,control surface subsidence,and extend the service life of mines.However,the current down hole filling operation is highly dependent on the operator's technical level,which can easily lead to inconsistent filling effects.Not only the filling stability is affected,but also the filling speed and filling quality are reduced.In order to further improve the filling efficiency and ensure the filling quality,research is conducted on the evaluation method and monitoring system of the vermiculite solid filling effect.First of all,the research on filling mining technology at home and abroad and related theories on the evaluation of filling effect are carried out.According to the actual operation of the on-site filling process to ram the top distance mechanism,the mathematical model between the thrust of the filling hydraulic support and the compact filling rate is optimized.The compaction mechanism and energy flow of the filling body are discussed.The mathematical relationship between the compaction work and the filling effect is discussed.An evaluation model of vermiculite solid filling effect is proposed.It is feasible to use the limit compaction work as an evaluation index of the filling effect.It provides a new way to improve filling and mining efficiency.Then,based on the actual operation of filling coal mining,a comprehensive evaluation index system for vermiculite solid filling effect was constructed from the perspectives of safety,stability,intuitiveness,and accuracy.Combined with the compaction process,the compaction process of the filling body,the evaluation process of the filling effect,and the safety of the filling hydraulic support Establish the index system in 4 parts including the evaluation process.Use the multiple information fusion technology to establish the membership function of the safety evaluation index of the filling hydraulic support,evaluate its dangerous state,and the evaluation result is more reliable.Finally set the level index weight and improve the index system Precision lays the foundation for intelligent filling and mining.Finally,in order to monitor the filling effect in real time,a three-dimensionalmonitoring system for the filling face is designed and constructed.The system is mainly composed of three-dimensional virtual monitoring software for filling face,data acquisition system and data communication module.The system uses three-dimensional modeling tools to establish the three-dimensional solid model and virtual scene of the filling mining face.Through Unity3 d,the virtual scene of the three-dimensional filling mining face is re-developed,and the three-dimensional interface of the filling mining face system is established to realize the filling.Monitoring of mining effects and equipment working conditions.The data acquisition system uses STM32F107 as the control core to realize the detection,processing and transmission of sensor signals.The reliability of the monitoring system is verified by displaying the overall effect simulation,scene switching,and monitoring interface display of the monitoring system.
