Hydraulic support is an important modern mine-mechanized coal equipment, in theprocess of coal mining, hydraulic support can support the roof effectively, isolation thegob and ensure the workers and mining machinery safely. Hydraulic supports undertakethe weight of all the strata above seam, so it must have adequate support and strength.With the rapid development of the coal mining industry, coal production increasedgradually, the waste coal mining has begun to affect the environment. Gob fall hasaffected the buildings which are above the surface of the coal mines. In order to solvethese problems, we need to study and apply of the new method of coal mining and coalmining bracket. The waste filling bracket is a good way to solve the above problem.Firstly, through the analysis of ordinary hydraulic support, research and design ofwaste rock backfill mining hydraulic support, and improve the fill compactionmechanism. And through the design improvement of the filling compaction mechanism,to achieve a filling mechanism of the reciprocating vibration, so that the filling materialsare better able to pick the top, the compacting effect is better.Secondly, using three-dimensional software Pro/E, completed the waste fillinghydraulic support’s three-dimensional model, virtual assembly and the interferencechecking. Then simplified three-dimensional model for finite element model, andimported into the ANSYS Workbench software for analysis of various workingconditions, get the corresponding of stress nephogram and deformation nephogram,verify the reliability of the design.Finally, analysis the formation of the rock pressure after the method of traditionalcaving mining, Reveal the causes of the destruction of various buildings which is at thetop of the surface. However the waste filling exploitation timely backfill in mined-outarea, after the completion of the filling, Mine pressure in theory will greatly decrease,and through the numerical simulation software FLAC3D to analysis mining pressure,verify the waste filling hydraulic support filling can effectively reduce the manifestationof mine pressure. |
