| The high water filling hydraulic support that sets mining support and fillingsupport for the integration is the key equipment about mechanized coal mining in themines. With the current level of the filling technology improving, the filling supportwidely used can effectively alleviate the current situation of coal resource depletionand solve earth’s surface subsidence caused by coal mining, environmental damageand other issues, so that it brings enormous economic and social benefits.According to the requirements of the filling and mining process,the high waterfilling hydraulic support is designed on the basis of the structure of general hydraulicsupports. The filling hydraulic support’s structures of front and rear hinged top beamsand up and down baffles suitable for filling high water provide an important guaranteefor supporting the roof and filling high water, which make the high-water materialreach a higher filling rate, approaching top rate and compactness.This paper makes the design about two-dimensional and three-dimensionaldrawings of the high water filling hydraulic support’s all structures by modern designsoftware AutoCAD and Pro/E, which is based on the analysis of the general hydraulicsupport and working principle and the absorption previous design experience aboutthe filling hydraulic support. The support’s all structures are reasonable and accurateand meet the design requirements of the filling hydraulic support. After the fillinghydraulic support assembled, the interference between all structures does not occur.Then it puts the established three-dimensional model into the software about finiteelement analysis-ANSYS Workbench, makes the filling hydraulic support’s loadedand the finite element analysis of a variety of work conditions to obtain thecorresponding stress and deformation cloud charts and validates the structural designof the filling hydraulic support meeting the corresponding strength condition.This paper obtains the rule between the filling supports and the surroundingrocks by researching on the relationship between the filling supports and surroundingrocks, which has an important and positive significance to the design of the fillingsupport’s structures. At last, it puts forward the basic and stable conditions the fillingsupport should meet in the process of the filling support’s design by the stabilityanalysis among the filling supports and the filling support itself, laying the theoretical foundation for the design of the high water filling hydraulic support. |
