| Coal mine waste dump and the collapse of governance issues has restricted andinfluenced the development of the coal mine. Green mining is not only a fashion, but alsois the problem which need to be solved imminently. With the improvement of coal miningtechnology level, filling mining technology has been greatly developed. Use of filling coalmining technology not only can effectively protect the goaf area roof and floor fromdamage, but also can use gangue resources to fill the goaf. It can prevent surface fromsubsidence and make use of protective pillar coal resources under stoping buildings,villages and railway. It can improve mine safety factor, protect the ecological environment,reduce the pollution of water resources, air and soil owing to the gangue, reduce socialconflicts, has high level of economic, ecological and social benefits.ZCL4200/19/29straight wall type filling hydraulic support is a new hydraulic supportdesigned for the filling working face coal seam, surrounding rock, and correspondingequipements in Xiaotun and San coal mine of Fengfeng Mining Group. The followingcomponents are introduced.Through the introduction of the entire mine geological conditions and the real situationface combined with the development and classification of the hydraulic support, themodel selection was accomplished and the basic technical parameters were established.According to load bearing situation and role of structral unit in whole hydraulicsupport, the structral designs of top support beams,tail bams, straight wall, the side of theshield, base, post, some jacks, and other parts were completed, and the overall structuresize was determined. According to the stability of the column to work of the resistance,the column structure, technical parameters were illustrated and the strength of cylinderpiston rod was verified.This paper introduces the characteristics of the support hydraulic system, the column,the basic control loop of all of jack system and their working principle, and selects thehydraulic pump station components and hydraulic lines. |
