| Quick and effective emergency work can ensure the safety of personnel and property to the greatest extent,and minimize accidents.However,the level of personnel’s emergency ability directly affects the strength of the company’s overall emergency ability.Therefore,it is essential to improve the enterprise employees’ emergency ability in unexpected production safety accidents.It is an effective means to measure the enterprise employees’ emergency ability,find out the relatively weak links,and make targeted improvements.However,by consulting relevant information,it can be found that there is not yet a tool for measuring the enterprise employees’ emergency ability in production safety accidents now.The thesis starts to study this,the details include the following:First of all,through the research of relevant literature and theory at home and abroad,the influencing factors of the enterprise employees’ emergency ability in production safety accidents are analyzed and generalize from four aspects: employees’ individual,teams,organizational management and internal and external environments,from this,an initial entry pool containing 37 items of influencing factors for the enterprise employees’ emergency ability in production safety accidents is obtained,and then based on open questionnaires and expert opinions modifications were made and perfect to obtain an final entry pool containing 30 items of influencing factors,and on this basis,the initial scale for measuring the enterprise employees’ emergency ability in production safety accidents was compiled.Secondly,select some employees of different types of enterprises as the object and test the initial scale,SPSS26.0 and AMOS23.0 software were used to perform project analysis and factor analysis on the sample data,and the data that did not meet the requirements were deleted,and the formal measurement scale of the enterprise employees’ emergency ability in production safety accidents was obtained,and by verifying its reliability and validity,it proves the scientific,rationality and accuracy of the official scale.Finally,an empirical test was conducted on the employees of a certain enterprise in Tianjin,and it was found that the fuzzy evaluation results were basically consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise,which proved that the scale was scientific and feasible.Through further analysis,it is found that the employees of the enterprise still have many deficiencies in psychological condition,emergency knowledge and skills,emergency awareness and experience,emergency communication and feedback,emergency awareness and attitude of managers,emergency management,humanistic care,emergency culture,emergency education and network environment.Starting from these aspects,ten suggestions for improvement were put forward: pay attention to employees’ bad psychology,enrich employees’ first-aid knowledge and skill reserve,enhance employees’ emergency experience and ability to recognize abnormal situations,improve team members’ emergency communication effect,strengthen emergency communication between managers and employees,and improve corporate emergency rewards and punishments System,care about employees’ work and life,expand emergency communication channels,improve the authenticity of emergency drills,and correctly guide employees to use the network properly. |
