Development Zone Breaking Ability Of The Whole Production Accident Emergency Treatment

Recently,as the rapid growth of our national ecnomy,various kinds of work safety accidents happened frenquently.The occurrence of major and serious safety accidents is high,the casualty is huge,the loss of ecnomomy is great.The characteristics of the present major work safety are sudden,abrupt,unresistent,uncontrollable,serious and complex,which causes a majority of casualty,great economic loss and has a broad impact on the mass and on their pscychology,in the meantime,it leaves lasting harm on the environment.This paper mainly researches on the present situation of the safety accidents in economic development area.It focuses on discussing the following series of problems existed in the safe production and emergency management including emergency coordination mechanism is not sound,emergency rescue team is not professional,information submitted and channel public is not open and free.The causes of the problems are that the govermant and enterprise’ input is too little,the foundation of safety production is poor,the quality of the staff in safety production is low.This paper take the case asThis paper analyzes the problems in emergency rescue of the special fire and explosion accident of "8 · 12" Ruijin dangerous chemicals warehouse in Tianjin Port.Combining with the actual situation of a certain development zone in N city.The paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of rescue and summarizes the existing problems in the process of emergency treatment.This paper has a deep analysis about the emergency measurement in safety accident and offer the corresponding countermeasures to the job of emergency rescue.
