Research On The Practice Of Emotion Expression In The Creation Of Paper-Cut Picture Books

Paper-cut is a pair of scissors and a stack of red paper that we can cut out the painted pattern and paste it on the window.This is a traditional folk art in China for hundreds of years.Folk art is easy to learn but it difficult to express originality,emotion and story in modern society.Picture books is a loan word.And it writing of Chinese characters "picture books" that its name implies is "painted".Picture books are given priority with painting.However it with the story of a small amount of text books.In order to carry forward this folk art form of paper-cut.The traditional paper-cut patterns are all presented in a single format or inherit the ancient patterns.The traditional paper-cut expression of auspicious meaning into a story to tell the story of modern social life,tell their own story,tell the emotional story of the people.The combination of paper-cut and picture book is the creation and writing theme of my graduation project and thesis.Both of these aspects inherit tradition and innovate and it inject new vitality into paper-cut.The art form of paper-cut picture book with complementary pictures and texts brings new communication channels to paper-cut.This article from the true story that starting it point for the creation of my own family.The way of I using filed research,literature review,case analysis method and design practice to explore 24 paper-cut works in the form of paper-cut picture books.The paper of framework constract from the paper-cut historical origin,writing techniques,composition method combined with the emotional expression of the original story of practice.The theme of the original story for the whole thesis to highlighted by the reality genre as the prototype.We can combing paper-cut language characteristics,the expression of emotion,modelling method,Paper-cut picture books of the basic tools.During we have problems and difficulties in paper cutting that we should encountered the creation of painting in the process.I wish using concise line and pure color to conveys the extraordinary behind the ordinary.It awakens people thinking and reflection on the true feelings in real life.In order to inherit and develop China's intangible cultural heritage paper-cut,people think that paper-cut art is still just an ancient folk art.Through four chapters,the paper explores a paper-cut picture book of new era significance.The first chapter describes the research purpose and significance of paper-cut picture books.The second chapter combines paper-cut and picture book to create an innovative paper-cut picture book.The third chapter studies the emotional expression of paper-cut picture books,taking the emotional shaping between characters as the main body and the text story as the main direction of creation.Chapter four design and practice determine that the yellow dog regardless of life risk to protect the spirit of the owner as the main body of creation,conception and application design.The innovation of this paper is the combination of paper-cut and picture book,the combination of tradition and innovation,the combination of paper-cut technology and picture book design,so that more people can understand the artistic and ornamental value of intangible cultural heritage paper-cut,bring traditional Chinese elements into the creation of picture book,and make original Chinese picture book have local characteristics.
