With the development of the society,people have higher and higher requirements on textiles,and their demands are more diversified and technological.Therefore,ordinary yarns can no longer meet People’s Daily needs.Hollow yarns are becoming consumers’ favorite products because of their unique yarn structure and physical properties.The existing hollow yarn spinning technology mainly USES the soluble polyvinyl fibre filament as the core body,and other fibers as the core spinning,and finally dissolves the soluble polyvinyl fibre filament to obtain the hollow yarn.This method has the following three defects :(1)soluble vinylon has high cost;(2)soluble vinylon has high requirements for sizing;(3)soluble vinylon dissolved in water will produce relatively large pollution.In order to improve the problems caused by the above mentioned hollow yarn spinning,a lot of work has been done in this paper to explore a new method for the preparation of hollow yarn.This project fully considers the process and mechanism of hollow yarn preparation,and through analyzing the characteristics of hollow yarn structure,decides to replace the substance formed by hollow yarn.The specific research contents include the following aspects:(1)Firstly,the formation mechanism of hollow yarn is analyzed in this paper.At the same time,the research on hollow yarn technology at home and abroad is deeply understood,and it is determined that the hollow yarn formation material is replaced by environmentally friendly and cheap material.(2)by analyzing the process of spinning and weaving,starch was selected as the material to replace the hollow formation,mainly for the following reasons: a.starch is very cheap and environmentally friendly,and comes from a wide range of sources;B.Starch can be easily removed,especially in the desizing process,without additional processing.(3)Through the research on the spinning technology,this paper made an in-depth study on how to put starch material into the middle of the yarn,and determined to sizing the polyester filament by starch sizing,and then spinning the core-spun polyester filament by sizing.At the same time,through repetitive experiment and single variable experiment,the sizing process of polyester filament and spinning process of core-spun yarn were studied and the best preparation process was obtained.(4)In this paper,in order to further prove the feasibility of the spinning technology,the technology of the yarn is knitted fabric weaving,through the various aspects of knitted fabric performance test,get the final product performance parameters,and at the same time through the fabric pulp dissolving experiment observation analysis,finally proved that the technology in terms of performance and the actual operation can meet the requirements of hollow yarn,can replace the existing hollow yarn spinning technology.(5)Through the research and thinking of this technology,this paper makes a theoretical analysis and full excavation of the future application of this technology,which is conducive to the transformation and extension of hollow yarn into functional yarn,further enriches the scene and scope of this technology,and plays a positive role in guiding the practical application of this technology.
