| Core-spun yarn is a linear assembly of core-sheath structure formed by two or more fiber materials.The core-sheath structure can effectively distribute materials with different functions and properties for linear optimal arrangement,so as to realize performance complementarity among different materials.In the productive process of core-spun yarn,how to optimize the proportion of core material and outsourcing components and twist synthetic yarn and how to realize the optimal expression of component material function have been a hot topic of spinning research.The subsequent friction of filament core-spun yarn is easy to dissolve the wrapping layer,and the core-spun yarn and the outsourcing staple fiber are easy to slide,which leads to the common technical problems such as the structure of the yarn is easy to be damaged and the wear-resisting stability is poor.Nanometer powder and microsphere functional materials have the technical bottleneck of low linear length,which makes it difficult to form stable functional composite yarn with built-in arrangement in the yarn core.In view of the above technical problems and bottlenecks,this paper carried out three studies.In order to explore the core material and outsourcing component optimization core-wrapping composite process,using the strong physical water conductivity of Polypropylene filament material as core,the strong chemical water absorption of cotton fiber as sheath,explores the influence of the specific gravity of core-sheath,yarn twist,yarn fineness and yarn structure on the moisture absorption and quick drying performance of yarn,and develops products with excellent moisture absorption and quick drying performance.The experimental results show that the higher the content of polypropylene fiber,the better the wet-absorb and fast-dry performance of the yarn.The higher the content of cotton fiber,the worse the wet-absorb and fast-dry performance of the yarn.The higher the twist,the worse the wet-absorb and fast-dry performance of the yarn.Core spinning has the best wet-absorb and fast-dry performance,serofil spinning has the worst moisture absorption and embedded spinning has the worst quick drying rate.In order to solve the technical problem of poor structural stability and easy wear of the core-sheath of filament core-spun yarn,the dynamic core-spun technology is adopted to design and produce stable yarn structure with cyclic alternating distribution of core-wrapped structure,studying the properties of yarn strength,hairiness,dryness and wear resistance.The results show that,compared with siro core and siro wrapped yarn,the dynamic core yarn has the lowest strength and suitable hairiness,but the yarn abrasion resistance is greatly improved(the abrasion resistance of competitive core yarn is increased by 73.10%,and that of competitive core yarn is increased by 9.72%).In order to overcome the technical bottleneck of low linear length of nanometer powders and functional materials of microspheres and their inability to hold synthetic yarn in a linear manner,the method of combining carrier spinning with banding composite core was adopted.Firstly,the powders and microspheres were processed into linear strips.Then the fiber is preformed and processed into non-woven fabric,and then the non-woven fabric is cut into linear strips.The powder and microsphere prepolymer materials were fed synchronously into the double-layer non-woven ribbon core holder,and the flyer twist core was wound to produce the core composite yarn with built-in functional powder or microspheres.By optimizing and improving the process equipment,canceling the traditional drawing and spinning processes,functional core-spun yarn and fabric products are developed in an efficient and short process,which endow fabrics with such excellent characteristics as high adsorption,strong abrasion resistance,high warmth and so on.The experimental results show that the carbon fiber blanket core composite yarn has a high specific surface area and adsorption(the specific surface area is 33 times of the original sample,and the adsorption capacity is up to 240cm~3/g).Silicone powder cored composite yarn fabric has excellent wear resistance(68.45%better than the original yarn).The polystyrene microspheres have 28.78%higher than the original fabric. |
