Development And Capability Analysis Of Tubular Yarn Production

This paper studies the production methods and product feature of tubular yarnproduct.The process of the tubular yarn product is making the core-spun yarn which isconsisted of cotton fiber as sheath and PVA as core first. We can get the tubular fabric bywiping PVA off the core-spun yarn fabric by the dissolving vinylon processing.We analysethe effection of core content,fabric weaves,warp yarns, dissolving vinylon processing on thetubular yarn fabric wearing characteristics.Find out the best way of tubular yarn developmentand application.In the research of the relationship between core content and wearing characteristics, madethe judgement of core content prominence and found out the best core content.Analysising therelationship between wearing characteristics and dissolving vinylon processing parameter,ensured the suitable dissolving vinylon processing parameter for different fabrics.In theresearch of tubular woven fabrics, analysised the relationship between wearing characteristicsand the kind of warps and fabric textures for ensuring the suitable warps for different fabricsfabric textures need.In the research, we can find that the special structure of tubular can made tubular fabrichave a good performance on stiffness, air permeability, heat retention, hygroscopicity. Thetubular fabrics can improve the wearing characteristics and fulfill the need of strength, whenthe core content at40%. In the development of tubular woven fabrics，we can make tubularwoven fabrics,if arrange fabric weave and warp in pairs. Depedenting on different tubularfabrics,we confirmed different tuiweigongyi,so that we can reduce the need of energy inproduction. In the end, the tubular yarn fabrics will have the widest space of application. Thisthesis can guide the production of tubular yarn fabrics.
