Research On Green Development Performance Evaluation System Of Hebei Iron And Steel Enterprises Based On BSC-SEM

The present stage is a crucial stage for the steel industry to effectively realize green development.With the continuous advance of supply-side structural reform and the continuous tightening of environmental protection policies,the green development degree of Steel Enterprises has increasingly become the focus of the future development of the steel industry.However,as the pillar industry of Hebei province,Hebei Iron and Steel Enterprises have not only contributed to the economic development of the province,but also brought serious environmental and social problems to Hebei province and the whole country,which has brought a significant negative impact on the economic benefits of enterprises.With the emergence of contradictions,Hebei Iron and Steel Enterprises have realized the importance of social governance and environmental governance in expanding their own survival and profit space,but they lack scientific guidance on the road to green development,so it is difficult to scientifically implement relevant environmental protection policies and effectively measure the green development degree of enterprises.In addition,according to the research status at home and abroad,it can be seen that Hebei Iron and Steel Enterprises still lack a set of mature green development performance evaluation system,which seriously hinders the enterprises to realize the green development goal of coordinating economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits at an early date.Therefore,how to maximize the guiding role of the green development performance evaluation system has become an urgent matter for Hebei Iron and Steel Enterprises to win the battle of environmental protection.Based on this,this paper intends to build a green development performance evaluation system for Hebei Iron and Steel Enterprises,so as to scientifically guide the future green development direction of enterprises,and help enterprises to break through the traditional isolated development mode and turn to the dynamic green development mode.Based on the theory of green development and green development performance evaluation,this paper analyzes the status quo of green development and green development performance evaluation of Hebei Iron and Steel Enterprises,and finds out the existing problems and causes of green development performanceevaluation.And use the balanced scorecard method from the financial,internal process.Earning and growth,the value chain operation and social benefits by five aspects to determine the performance evaluation of green development of Hebei Iron and Steel Enterprises secondary indicators,using the structural equation model to determine the final performance evaluation and weights are level 3,with generalized stakeholders as the evaluation main body,with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for performance evaluation method,thus for enterprise to build up a set of scientific performance evaluation system of green development.After the case study of HebeI H Iron and Steel Enterprises,the paper puts forward the strategy to improve the performance evaluation level of green development of Hebei Iron and Steel Enterprises,so as to ensure the smooth realization of the goal of green development.
