In recent years,the development of chemical industry park has shown a new trend,it is also facing serious challenges while stimulating the development of the global chemical industry.There are a wide variety of hazardous chemicals in the chemical industrial park,enterprises gather and influence each other,which can easily cause the accident Domino effect.Emergency supplies serve as the material basis for accident emergency rescue,whether the types of emergency supplies are complete and the quantity is sufficient in the chemical industrial park have an important impact on the consequences of the accident.Therefore,establishing an index system for the investigation of emergency supplies in the Chemical Park,to guide the chemical industry park to allocate the emergency supplies reasonably and effectively,it is of important practical significance to control the scale of the accident.Based on the statistics of hazardous chemical accidents in chemical enterprises,summarized the types of common accidents and analyzed the development process of different types of dangerous chemical accidents.According to the difference of the material’s leakage state,the ignition condition and the space state,identified different accident scenarios and carried out risk analysis.According to the evolution of different types of accidents to establish the Bayesian network model,comprehensive application of Bayesian network and probability theory contrastive analysis of the impact of emergency supplies on the consequences of accidents.Analysis of the necessity of different types of emergency supplies to different types of accidents,concluded that emergency supplies required by different types of accidents have both commonalities and differences.According to the characteristics of typical accident scenes and the characteristics of emergency supplies,constructed the accident scene-emergency material hierarchy structure,laying the foundation for the establishment of the survey index system.Finally,through the analysis of the emergency supplies allocation in the chemical industrial park,the index system for the census of emergency supplies in the Chemical Park was constructed and for instance applications.The system provides reference basis for the classification,storage and emergency allocation of emergency supplies in the Chemical Park,which can effectively improve the efficiency of emergency rescue.
