| With the rapid development of national economy and the gradual improvement of industrial technology,the scale of dangerous chemicals enterprises is gradually increasing,the corresponding dangerous chemicals production and transport volume are also increasing.And these chemical enterprises gather together in accordance with the relationship between upstream and downstream to form a chemical industrial park,more and more dangerous chemical tanks need to be loaded and unloaded in the chemical industry park.Accidents caused by illegal parking of dangerous chemical tankers occur occasionally,this makes it more and more urgent in need of professional parking lot for dangerous chemical tankers in chemical industrial park.In this case,parking lots for dangerous chemical tankers were designed and built.Dangerous chemicals generally have flammable or other dangerous properties,there is a high probability of fire in the event of a leak.Because the distance between parking space in the parking lot for dangerous chemical tankers is short,the accident of single tank is very easy to affect the surrounding tankers.In order to prevent and control the occurrence of serious accidents in the parking lot for dangerous chemical tankers,the accident scenarios and emergency countermeasures are studied in this paper.In this paper,the possible accident scenarios of the parking lot for dangerous chemical tankers are analyzed by event tree analysis,it is determined that the leakage and ignition of flammable chemical will bring about pool fire.Propagating mechanisms of accidents under domino effects is studied by using bayesian network and dynamic bayesian network.Based on the above,the dynamic bayesian network model in the field of domino effect is improved.The research shows that the improved model is more real and accurate,it can provide decision basis for preventing and controlling the domino effect in parking lot for dangerous chemical tankers.Based on the prior probability and posterior probability,the tankers which are the most likely to be extended and affected are determined,and the emergency countermeasures such as emergency collection facilities are designed.The leakage consequence of tankers with or without emergency collection facilities is compared,determine that the collection facilities can effectively control pool fires area. |
