Project management will be affected by many factors,including 3 basic factors(pr oject quality,project schedule,project investment)that have critical functions,one of whi ch is the schedule and control that runs throughout the entire project construction(includin g engineering,engineering design and planning,construction project materials procurement,p roject construction,the completion of the construction project commissioning etc.).It is import ant for the specific implementation process of the project,especially for the special key point of the process,by which we can reduce the construction period,steady the construction quality and save the investment resources.The greatest benefit of establishing a completed schedule control target is that we can take full use of limited resources to realize the tar get efficiently.Establishing a clear target is the first step and also the most important aspec t of the construction project schedule and control.During the process of construction project mana gement,based on the requirements,a comprehensive analysis and research can be hold to d emonstrate the project schedule control target.Under the premise of the progress schedule,the possibility of realizing the target will be checked and verified.The practice has proven that the checking and verification c an do a more in-depth exploration of the construction progress,especially of those largescale chemical projects.This paper focuses on project schedule and control of 20 thousand tons / year ethylene carb onate in the SD Company.While the process of project construction plan is always expected to ex ceed the actual situation,it is necessary to apply the critical path method(CPM),program eval uation and review technique(PERT),project management and dynamic resource management c entralized.Then,we can put forward advanced control analysis management method to save la bor and resources,to set up a simple and effective project schedule control technology,to s ettle a theoretical basis for the progress control.This research has a certain practical value an d high maneuverability.It can effectively promote the relevant parties on the progress of the proj ect management theory,it provides knowledge for further understanding,and appropriate gui dance to the management control.
