Wu Ding region onshore oilfield is located in the county in Shaanxi wuqi,sense,affiliated to the Yulin city of Shaanxi province,and department of Shanxi,Gansu and Ningxia,four provinces,occupied the Changqing oil field,Yanchang oil field more than ten production plant,according to the geological structure of the division of Wu Qi oilfield,ji tableland oilfield,jianshan oil fields,oil mill oilfield zhuang hu,red oil fields,Ma Fang oilfield,east red zhuang oilfield,etc.,is an important area for oilfield development in Shanxi Province and the plate.The main content of the research on clean production of onshore oil field in wuding area is to reduce environmental impact and build environment-friendly oilfield enterprises by taking engineering,technology and management methods.For onshore oilfield,clean production plan design,the key is to study how to through the promotion of energy saving technology and implementation,to reduce crude oil,raw coal,electricity,diesel,gasoline,natural gas and other energy consumption,reduce greenhouse gas emissions of CO2;At the same time,the paper studies how to realize the reduction of waste water,waste gas,solid waste,and reuse compliance disposal to reduce waste discharge through the implementation of environmental engineering and technology.Based on oil production,gathering and transferring process of cleaner production optimization,continuous improvement,to make enterprise cleaner production capacity,the impact on the surrounding environment continues to improve,improve energy utilization level,build environmentally friendly and resource saving onshore oilfield enterprises.By conducting Wu Ding region onshore oilfield energy-saving cleaner production plan design,the artificial lift system,water-injection system,crude oil gathering system,power transmission and distribution system in the operation of the problems of "five low"(i.e.,the low efficiency of production equipment,the low of production efficiency,the low level of comprehensive utilization of associated gas,low level of new energy and waste heat pressure with low level)is solved,with reducing the energy consumption in the production process,and finally the greenhouse gas CO2 emissions is realized.Through onshore oil fields in pollution reduction scheme design,clean production to identify oil production site,booster station,oil and gas gathering and transferring stations(including metering station,transfer station,etc.),the joint station,water injection station,such as production site of pollutants,adhere to the principle of reduction,recycling,reusing,and engineering technology or management strategy in the process of production wastewater,sewage and homework,produced water reinjection water quality,waste gas,solid waste,hazardous waste disposal yard noise,improve enterprise cleaner production ability and level.Through in onshore oilfield environment risk prevention and control and energy saving water saving effect of cleaner production plan design,identification of environmental risks in the process of crude oil production,gathering,especially strengthen to guard against the risk of leakage in the process of crude oil gathering and transferring,effective to identify the requirements of environmental protection laws and regulations and policies,accord with environmental protection compliance management.To energy saving of water-saving management methods are discussed,at the same time,the organization to carry out the energy the elaborating management,strengthen the efficiency of the energy saving renovation,energy audit,energy conservation monitoring,the four integrated construction,enhance the economical development ability.Through the design and implementation of clean production scheme,finally realizes the electricity capacity of 23.8885 million KWH,raw coal in section 31380.12 tons,977.8 tons of crude oil,associated gas in section 154300 mark,equivalent to 30989.65 tons of standard coal,finally realizes the greenhouse gas CO2 emissions of 25852.98 tons;Realize comprehensive utilization of associated gas capacity 14.3864 million mark,wastewater emission reductions of 77010 square,exhaust emissions 6216.37 square,SO2 emissions of 102.4 tons,NOx emissions of 70.35 tons,comprehensive utilization of sludge and other hazardous waste 1758 square.
