Wenchang Oilfield Operations Management Research Project Into Production

Wenchang oilfield is one of the self-supporting oil fields of CNOOC Zhanjiang composed of5wellhead platforms and a oil tanker with the capacity of100000tons named FPSO116. The oilfeild concerns the tough problems of the integration multiple oil production facilities, the Operating conditions of long Submarine oil pipeline and deep water,which was never experienced by any other oil fields, thus its commission provided the technical and management experiences for domestic offshore oilfields.This paper constructs the oilfield production leading group and the responsibilities of personnel organization, which affords the personnel guarantee for the production of Wenchang oil field.This article gives the detailed description of the parameters and functions of the oilfield equipments, contains the procedure of oilfield commission and production,pre-commission equipment test,to ensure that the equipment to be in good condition. Through water and air pressure test to the pressure vessels and pipelines,it ensures the safety and reliability of the pressure vessels. The water is injected into the process system for the simulation of oil gas and water production, the crude oil treatment system, gas treatment system and the auxiliary system of production safety for debugging, the professionals received on-site practical training at the same time,it validates the feasibility of commission procedure. The establishment of safety management group and safety management regulations ensures that the safety management institutionalization of the personnel and equipment operations. This paper details the project management risk identification, assessment and control, affords the analysis of the ocean environment and other factors on the impact of the project, on the basis of establishment of project risk management system model, then focuses on the feasibility of the oil field commission&production scheme and proposes the solutions to the concerned problems.Hope that through this oil field project risk management research, providing some basis for project scientific management, in order to realize the successful implementation of other projects and achieve high efficiency. The project risk management has a certain reference value, which is of great guiding significance for the deep water oil and gas fields development.
