| With the rapid growth of energy consumption, offshore oil exploitation is drawing more and more attention. To further develop offshore oil industry,China had advanced many view and strategic propositions.Feasibility study,as a critical part of the pre-project,provides a powerful scientific basis for the engineering design and the following construction. Therefore, how to choose an appropriate engineering scheme in feasibility study is quite an urgent problem that needs to be addressed.Based on the review of dozens of relevant papers and documents,as well as the parsing and categorization of various types of effective factors, this thesis takes the factors of technology, economic, safety and risk into consideration, initially builds a framework of indicator system that can assess and evaluate the engineering scheme in feasibility study. Moreover,by applying the methods of expert consultation and questionnaire survey, this thesis constructs an assessment and indicator evaluation system of engineering scheme in feasibility study of offshore oil exploitation project.Applying AHP,this thesis calculates the relative weight of each evaluation index, combines the experts’ opinions, constructs a comparison matrix, and judges the consistency. This thesis separately calculates the weight five experts’ opinions, and takes the arithmetic mean as the final weight.By setting a principle of assignment on the evaluation index, this thesis builds a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model on the basis of indicator evaluation system, and makes choice from different engineering schemes. In combination with the instances of engineering schemes of the offshore oil exploitation project in area A,this thesis analyzes three of them by applying the indicator evaluation system, and checks the practicality and validity of the fuzzy-analytical-method-based indicator evaluation system of the engineering scheme in feasibility study of offshore oil exploitation project. |
