Study On The Theory Of Qilian Mountain Community Planning And Its Influence Strategy Based On TPB

In the past decade,the construction of national parks in China has entered a new stage of development.However,the new stage still faces the challenges of multiple difficult factors.Among them,the human land constraint conflict between the ecological protection of national parks and the economic development of surrounding communities is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,community participation plays an important role in solving such problems.Among them,the willingness of community residents to participate,as a key index to test community participation,is related to the greatest impact of community participation in the construction of national parks.It also provides a feasible path for the planning and development of Qilian Mountain National Park in the future.Taking the model of the expansion of the national autonomous community of Yuzhu county and Yuzhu County in Gansu Province as an example,this paper uses the model of the expansion of the national autonomous community of Yuzhu County in Qilian province.Based on 230 valid questionnaires,this paper explores the impact of Qilian Mountain National Park policy pilot on the willingness of local community residents to participate,and puts forward relevant correction suggestions.The results show that the pilot of Qilian Mountain National Park,behavior attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control have a positive impact on the participation intention of community residents.At the same time,the pilot of Qilian Mountain National Park also drives the positive impact of behavior attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control on the implementation of community residents’ participation intention,The order of influence is: perceptual behavior control(path coefficient 0.89),participation behavior attitude(path coefficient 0.68),related influence system(path coefficient 0.41)and subjective norm(path coefficient 0.38).According to the research results,three suggestions are put forward:(1)implement multi-channel education and guidance to ensure that the pilot policy can form an effective positive impact on the community participation intention during the national park construction period;(2)make full use of the role of perceptual behavior control,give full play to the subjective motivation of community residents and enhance their willingness to participate in the national park construction.(3)Strengthen the influence of subjective norms,understand the importance of community participation,improve the soft culture of community participation in national parks,form the "re shaping" of community cultural landscape aiming at the construction of national parks,and establish the pride of community residents as the builders of national parks.The innovative points of the research are:(1)to explore the changes in the recognition degree of residents’ subjective will to community participation under the background of the implementation of major policies;(2)the National Park policy pilot is the only independent variable influencing factor,to explore whether community participation is affected and deepen its influencing path;(3)Differential analysis of the impact of intermediate variables(behavior attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control)on community participation intention,and to a certain extent,clarify the core influencing conditions and deficiencies of community residents’ participation intention,so as to provide quantifiable reference for the future construction of community participation in national parks.
