At present,enterprise staff training plays an important role in the growth of knowledge,improve staff skills,cultivate the sp:irit of innovation,creativity,normative behavior norms and responsibility consciousness,and gradually become an important content of enterprise human resources management and development.With the coming of knowledge economy society,the competition of enterprises has shifted from the competition of asset capital to the competition of employees' comprehensive quality.Therefore,the quality of employees is the key to decide whether an enterprise can participate in the competition of the age.But in the process of training employees,they are influenced by two factors,subjective and objective.Enterprises usually regard training of employees as nutriments instead of essentials,so enterprises will fall into a strange circle that can be trained or not trained.Therefore,only enterprises can correctly recognize employee training and attach importance to the process of staff training,so as to play the role of training,so as to occupy the advantage and break through in the complex and changeable market competition..The H company described in this article is a state-owned mining company.H has made great progress through many reforms in recent years.All works have achieved amazing results,but there are still some shortcomings in employee training.This paper holds that the staff training system set up by H company is not beneficial to the long-term development of the company,but reduces the overall competitiveness of the company.In view of the above problems,this paper is based on the existing training process of H company.On the basis of the analysis,through the method of combining questionnaire survey and literature survey,the key of the problem is found out,and the specific analysis is made.Reconstructing a scientific and reasonable staff training system.First of all,from the perspective of company's training needs,this paper discusses the sources of demand.Secondly,this paper will scientifically and reasonably optimize the training process from three aspects.First,the training and optimization related to the organizational management framework of the enterprise.Optimizing the organization and management structure training can make the training work smoothly and improve the efficiency of the training work.Second,to optimize the team of trainers.Combined with the universality and particularity of the company's work,combined with the actual needs of the company's work,we should divide the staffs training scientifically and reasonably,choose excellent trainers,and train the characteristics of the employees.Third,the optimization of training resources.The training resources are updated according to the needs of the company's development and the actual problems encountered.
