Research On The Exploitation And Utilization Of Mineral Resources In Jingdezhen

Mineral resources are the basic guarantee for the economic and social development of a country or region,what's more mineral resources are non-renewable resources.If they are not protected,they may be exhausted at any time and it will threaten the long-term progress and development.As the porcelain capital of the world,Jingdezhen has a long history of porcelain making,and the local automobile manufacturing and aviation industry are the dominant industries,making great contributions to the local economy and society.The development of these industries is closely related to mineral resources.However,the existence of such practical problems as disordered mining,improper planning,low resource allocation,poor utilization rate and insufficient mine environmental governance seriously hinders the sustainable development of local areas.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the problems in the development and utilization of mineral resources in Jingdezhen.Based on the theory of sustainable development and ecological economics,and other important theory as the foundation,using quantitative analysis,theory and strategy of combining the research methods,to startan problems existing in the development and utilization of mineral resources in a more detailed analysis,and puts forward the corresponding solution measures,expected to the sustainable development of Jingdezhen to have certain reference value.In the first part,briefly summarizes the related concepts and theories of mineral resources.Mineral resources have a certain particularity,it is not inexhaustible,with non-renewable,complexity and exhaustion and other characteristics.Therefore,it is great important to explore the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources.In the second part,Jingdezhen's natural economic geography,basic mineral resources,the current situation of exploitation and utilization are introduced.Then from the three parts of exploitation,utilization,mine environment to sum up the current main problems which are existing in the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources,including: mineral exploitation imbalance,extensively mining method,the advantages of mineral reserves is insufficient,comprehensive utilization of mining index is not high,lack of laws and regulations and the ideological construction,mine environmental deterioration and so on.In the third part,the countermeasures of mineral resources exploitation,utilization and mining environment in Jingdezhen city are put forward.It mainly includes: rationalexploitation according to the division and management characteristics of mineral resources mining areas;Make full use of the market regulation role,scientific integration of mining enterprises;Change consumption and production concept,mining new advantage mineral development porcelain industry;The government should play a leading role from the aspects of publicity and education,policy making and management mechanism.Xi visited Jiangxi general secretary in 2019 and he required the construction of Jingdezhen ceramic culture inheritance innovation country test area and built a new platform which refers to cultural exchanges with other countries.In the face of new challenges and opportunities,Jingdezhen should make full use of its resource advantage and cultural influence,walk the road of sustainable development,the exploitation of mineral resources as the lifeblood,face up to the problems which are existing in the exploitation and utilization,and properly solve them as soon as possible,then we can go further in the future.
