Research On The Measurement Of Ecological Compensation Value Of Mineral Resources Exploitation

With the entry of China’s reform and opening up into the deep water area,the contradiction between economic and social development and ecological environmental protection has become more prominent,and the environmental problems brought about by the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources have become more and more serious.The research on the measurement of the ecological environment compensation value of mineral resources development is to provide an effective theoretical basis for the standardization of the compensation value of the mineral resources ecological environment in China,and to provide a reference for the sustainable development of China’s economic and social development.Through the exploration of the theory and method of ecological environment compensation,the functional loss,environmental pollution and human capital loss of various ecological factors such as forest,grassland,farmland,wetland,water body and desert were studied during the development and utilization of mineral resources.Among them,the value of the functional loss of the ecological environment uses the market value method to measure the value of direct loss,indirect loss and the cost of restoration of the ecological environment;the value of environmental pollution loss is indirectly measured by the loss compensation method through sewage charges;human capital The value of the loss is measured by the health care cost method and the wage difference method to measure the adverse effects on the health of the local residents and future development opportunities.On the basis of studying the pre-existing measurement model,comprehensive consideration of the different impacts of mineral resources development on various environmental factors,and the construction of a comprehensive measurement model of ecological environment compensation value.The ecological environment compensation value comprehensive measurement model is applied to the ecological environment compensation value measurement practice of coal mines,and the ecological environment compensation value is calculated.Within a certain range,the applicability of the comprehensive measurement and evaluation model of ecological environment compensation value was verified.
