In the early 21 st century,China stepped into an aging society.The market demand for disposable sanitary products,especially adult diapers,is increasing.With the rapid growth of the national economy and the continuous improvement of national health and safety awareness,people Put a lot of attention in the field of adult diapers.In recent years,microcapsule technology has gradually matured,gradually developing from the pharmaceutical industry to food,cosmetics,textiles and other fields.The surface layer of traditional adult diapers is made of non-woven fabric.When urine is transmitted downward through the surface layer,it will easily cause reverse osmosis,and if it is not replaced in time,it will easily produce odor.Perfuming the surface layer can improve this problem,but simple spraying and soaking can not make the fragrance last long,and the microcapsule technology can just improve this aspect.Therefore,in this paper,β-cyclodextrin is used as the wall material,and the lemon essence is embedded by the enveloping binding method to obtain microcapsules,and the spunlace nonwoven fabric is aromatized by the polyacrylate adhesive through the dipping method.The results are as follows::(1)The absorbance is used as an indicator to measure the content of lemon flavor,and the standard curve y = 10.667 x + 0.046 is fitted,and the content of flavor can be calculated by absorbance;using safe and non-toxic β-cyclodextrin as the wall material,it is easy to coat The microcapsules obtained from the volatile lemon essence were characterized by various instruments.Combining with the SEM electron micrograph and the microcapsule size diagram,it can be seen that the β-cyclodextrin microcapsules are spherical,the surface is smooth and there is no obvious depression,the average The particle size is 2.63 μm,and the particle size distribution coefficient is 0.19,indicating that the system is relatively stable,the microcapsule particles have good dispersibility,and have a large difference from the nonwoven fabric pore size,which is easy to arrange on the nonwoven fabric;the thermogravimetric curve shows the preparation Microcapsules can delay the thermal decomposition time of fragrance molecules and improve their thermal stability;in the infrared spectrum of microcapsules,there is a stretching vibration absorption peak of C = O bond at 1754 cm-1,which is a special absorption of lemon flavor The peak indicates that the lemon flavor has been encapsulated into β-cyclodextrin,forming stable microcapsules.(2)The polyacrylate binder and penetrant JFC are mixed with the microcapsule suspension to form a finishing agent,and the three spunlace non-woven fabrics with different ratios are impregnated and aromatically finished.Single-factor experiment was conducted with binder mass fraction,finishing agent dilution multiple and impregnation time as the index of nonwoven fabric surface fragrance content as an index to find the parameter range suitable for orthogonal optimization,and then the nonwoven fabric surface fragrance content,Weight gain and air permeability are indicators for orthogonal experiments,and finally through the comprehensive balance method,the best finishing process conditions are obtained: the adhesive mass fraction is 30%,the finishing agent dilution multiple is 80 times,and the immersion time is 2h.(3)The SEM electron microscopy scan was conducted on the aromatic non-woven fabric prepared with the best process parameters,and it was found that the microcapsules adhered well to the fiber.The performance of the non-woven fabric after the aromatic treatment was analyzed,and the lemon aroma of the non-woven fabric after the treatment was found.Between the unfinished non-woven fabric and the microcapsules,after 4 months of standing,the flavor content will be reduced from 0.063 g / L to 0.020 g / L.Even if you smell it,there will still be lemon flavor,thickness,tensile strength and elongation There is a certain increase,the softness is slightly reduced,the moisture permeability is significantly improved,and the liquid penetration time is slightly increased,but the overall effect on the performance of the nonwoven fabric is small,and the performance of the nonwoven fabric is basically maintained.
