In recent years,the demand for disposable sanitary products such as diapers has increased rapidly.Because the surface layer of diapers is a part of the human skin in the process of use,the development,design and functional research of the surface layer material of diapers have attracted wide attention.This paper aims to develop a dry,soft and antibacterial water spunlaced nonwoven surface material for diapers,aiming at the problems of high repermeability and easy moisture.In this study,superimitation cotton with soft feel,moisture conductivity and quick drying was selected,and a certain proportion of polyllactic acid(PLA)fiber was mixed to prepare spunlaced nonwovens.According to the principle of single guide moisture,superimitation cotton/PLA spunlaced nonwovens were used as the upper layer,and three kinds of spunlaced nonwovens with excellent moisture absorption were used as the lower layer to prepare a double-layer material.Then the lower layer was treated with antibacterial substances such as tea polyphenol and nano-zinc oxide(Zn O),and the dry antibacterial double-layer material was prepared,and its various properties were tested and analyzed.It was found that:(1)Compared with the viscose spunlaced nonwoven surface material of the same gram weight,40g/m~2 superimitation cotton spunlaced nonwoven material and superimitation cotton/PLA(60/40)spunlaced nonwoven material had the same air permeability and softness,and the dryness was greatly improved,and the repermeability was reduced by 66.85%and 68.58%,respectively.(2)When the upper material was superimitating-cotton/PLA(70/30)spunlaced nonwoven material,and the lower material was bamboo pulp fiber spunlaced nonwoven material,the liquid water management ability of the double surface layer was the best,and the repermeability was only 0.0855g,and the dry performance was excellent.The upper layer will not be wet during the test,and the unidirectional moisture transfer index is 966.69,which has a good single guide wet ability.(3)Using tea polyphenol and nano-zno to impregnate and finish the sublayer bamboo pulp fiber sphinx nonwoven materials,when the concentration of tea polyphenol is 0.01%and the concentration of nano-zno is 0.01%,the antibacterial rate of nonwoven materials against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is more than 99%.It has good bacteriological inhibition,and the lower layer of antibacterial treatment has little effect on the dryness of the double layer material,but the air permeability and softness are slightly reduced. |
