Heilongjiang duobaoshan copper industry co.,ltd.is affiliated to zijin mining group.The development of the company has received the help and policy support from local government departments.While the company is running at a high speed and achieving good development,the enterprise performance evaluation system has been preliminarily established.Company the current performance evaluation system still has many shortcomings,such as the performance evaluation system established in the form of a simple,the structure is relatively single,performance evaluation of the implementation of the lack of organization and management level of the overall strategy,evaluation standard is focused on financial performance evaluation of relevant indicators,ignore the company operation and development of other relevant measures.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,expert investigation and analytic hierarchy process to study and analyze the performance evaluation system of duobaoshan copper industry.The author gathered in recent years at home and abroad about enterprise performance evaluation system of research literature,selection of heilongjiang baoshan more copper co.,LTD.,as the main object of this study,combined with more baoshan copper company,the main content of the current performance evaluation system and implementation status,in-depth analysis research,to explore suitable for the company specific job requirements and market environment to optimize the performance evaluation system,and measures for its implementation and safeguard measures are put forward.Firstly,the introduction part introduces the research background and significance of this paper.Combining with the research status of performance evaluation system at home and abroad,it sorts out and analyzes the research content and methods of this paper.Secondly,it defines the basic concepts of this paper and puts forward the theoretical basis for the study of performance evaluation system in this paper,including KPI evaluation theory,target management theory and balanced scoring theory.Then,in view of the baoshan more copper,analyzing the present situation and problems of employee performance evaluation system more baoshan copper company,the implementation of the performance evaluation method mainly according to the actual jobs form and the nature of internal staff,staff quantity and quality as the premise,is results oriented employees work on the implementation of the performance evaluation method,is based on the actual work of the company staff effect performance evaluation management,and to evaluate the results determine the employee's work remuneration and welfare reward,position adjustment and rewards and punishments.Through a comprehensive consideration of the nature and form of all kinds of work positions of employees of duobaoshan copper company,as well as specific job responsibility standards,systematize the basic form and implementation of the company's performance evaluation;Again,analysis the problems existing in the baoshan copper employee performance evaluation system and the causes,the author respectively from the performance evaluation scheme,process and results of the research in three aspects analysis,found that more than baoshan copper company,the current performance evaluation system of problems and strategic targets of plan formulation,performance evaluation of specific measures the lack of scientific,subjective,and performance evaluation of executive performance evaluation result evaluation results using insufficient problem.Fifth,in view of the harm and loss judgment brought by the performance evaluation of duobaoshan copper industry,this paper puts forward the optimization design of evaluation system design process and the specific implementation content of the performance evaluation.Finally,this paper proposes implementation measures and safeguard measures based on the KPI performance evaluation,enhancing the construction of performance evaluation culture,and tracking and evaluation mechanism,etc.Through the study of this paper,the author draws the following conclusions: unified concept,strengthen the understanding is the prerequisite to optimize the performance evaluation system;Widely explore the introduction and application of performance evaluation methods and forms,actively absorb and learn from BSC,MBO and 360-degree performance evaluation concepts and measurement tools,so as to build a scientific and accurate performance evaluation index framework.Set up and improve the performance evaluation team.This study for research and analysis of enterprise performance evaluation system will also to the domestic industry's other significance of reference to the enterprise development and management,enterprise performance evaluation system on the theory of KPI design guidance,in the perspective of strategic development of enterprise performance evaluation work optimization and reconstruction,the results of the study are to point in the entire area to other related industry companies to provide theoretical references and practical performance evaluation work..
