In recent years,the Ministry of Education has proposed that the fundamental purpose of vocational education is to enable students to have the professional ability to be competent after graduation.Therefore,in recent years,the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools is centered on "how to enable students to work in real positions after learning" get on.The course of "Parts Measurement and Quality Control Technology" in the secondary vocational school has a bridge function of connecting design and skills from the perspective of the entire professional system.From a simple course,it is mainly to train students with testing ability.Most of the current curriculum design is centered on the above two directions.The first is to train relevant designers,and the second is to train relevant inspectors.According to the research situation,the traditional disciplinary system education dominates,and its curriculum content tends to cultivate the theoretical curriculum of designers,which neglects the students' practical testing ability and the cultivation of comprehensive quality.Therefore,this study reforms the curriculum related to the part measurement and quality control technology of the discipline system through the curriculum development concept based on the work process,and is committed to creating inspection personnel that meet the needs of enterprises,and demonstrates the discipline system model and action system through teaching experiments.The teaching effect of teaching mode has certain practical significance for promoting the teaching reform of related courses.This research starts with the relevant work process theory,and studies the current situation of the course through schools and enterprises,and analyzes the relevant reasons based on existing problems.After that,according to the enterprise research to obtain typical work tasks,and based on the typical work tasks,summarize the work process.According to the behavioral relevance,divide the action field andthe learning field on the basis of the work process,and take the career development as the carrier,and then design the three difficult learning situations of quality inspection students,quality inspection entry period and quality inspection manual period.According to the background of the daily production and testing of the parts in the enterprise,different test cases are designed,and based on the improvement of the difficulty of the case detection,the test cases are integrated with the learning situation.At the same time,according to the requirements of the enterprise for the corresponding staff,the curriculum objectives are designed,and based on the design test cases,the complete work process is integrated into the teaching process through action-oriented teaching.Finally,through teaching practice to demonstrate the effectiveness of the development of this course.
