In the course reform of the vocational NC specialty,there are many problems such as the imperfection of the employment curriculum system,the imcomplete analysis of the occupational position,the immature skills education and employment education,which seriously affected the sustainable development of NC specialty in secondary vocational schools.The studies on vocational education curriculum at home and abroad generally hold that vocational education should be career-oriented,focus on practice,and should learn during vocational action.This paper focuses on the research of vocational NC specialty course system in secondary vocational schools to further perfect the NC curriculum system and promote the healthy and sustainable development of NC specialty.Taking Deqing Vocational Secondary School as an example,the following four aspects of research work are mainly carried out:1.In order to research on the adaptability of process quality concept in the construction of curriculum system,18 companies are surveyed through paper questionnaires,electronic questionnaires,telephone interviews,seminars and practical investigations.The employment status and development trends of NC majors are analyzed,and the occupational position analysis report is obtained.2.Based on the results of the questionnaires in the four vocational schools,AHP was used to evaluate the quality of NC major education,identify the constraints affecting the quality of education,and a solution to the work process-oriented curriculum system is proposed.3.According to the guiding ideology of work process-oriented NC specialty curriculum system development,the requirements for job capabilities are defined,and in-depth research is conducted on typical tasks.The content of curriculum system construction,curriculum setting,and curriculum quality management standards are analyzed and determined.4.Practical analysis of work process-oriented NC specialty curriculum system is carried out in terms of the numerical simulation software application,the industrial robot curriculum practice,and the 3D printing technology curriculum practice.Teaching detection and evaluation are completed,existing problems are analyzed,and improvements are proposed.The results of practical application and survey feedback show that the “work process-oriented” curriculum model constructed in this paper combines the ability development process with career activities,which can meet the needs of social occupations for talents and cultivate students' key abilities.It is one of the best curriculum models that can fully reflect the domestic and foreign advanced vocational education ideas.
