Natural resources such as forests, rivers, and lakes are extremely valuable wealth. They are not only necessary for people's production and life, but also an indispensable part of a beautiful ecological environment. After the reform and opening up,in order to speed up the process of rural industrialization in China, the rapid establishment of labor-intensive township and village enterprises not only brought huge economic benefits to the countryside, increased villagers' income, and promoted the level of overall rural modernization. At the same time, the development of enterprises has gradually polluted the blue water and blue sky in the living environment of traditional villages. How to protect and manage the rural environment while developing the economy has been a topic that governments and scholars from all walks of life have been paying attention to.Environmental sociology is committed to studying environmental issues in the interactive relationship between environment and society based on environmental facts.Hong Dayue said that we must pay attention to the social mechanism formed by environmental problems and the impact of environmental risks on social systems.Chen Ajiang described the “environmental history” of environmental issues through field surveys of the East Village in the Taihu Lake Basin, and revealed the impact of traditional cultural and value aspects on environmental issues within the village.Studies by many scholars in the field of environmental sociology have pointed out: To treat environmental issues and society as a whole,we must not only grasp the relationship of environmental issues to the whole society, but also pay attention to the interaction between different actors in environmental issues.Village X,described in this article,is a very common village in the southwestern part of Shandong, undergoing the process of development from traditional agriculture to industrialization and urbanization.According to the previous investigation,it was found that the water use and pollution problems of the river X in the village X were accompanied by the establishment of a paper mill in the village. With the rapid development of the enterprise, the water pollution problems in the village gradually appeared and intensified the development.Pollution control work.In the treatment of river pollution in X village, the road of "polluting first and then treating" has been taken as a whole.Regardless of the government's top-down governance action or the bottom-up cooperation of villagers because of their damaged interests Governance action, the process of governance has the characteristics of "governance while pollution".The main subjects of village environmental governance are government, enterprises and villagers. The government and enterprises generally carry out environmental governance in accordance with the natural science paradigm standards, while the villagers look at the environmental pollution in the village mainly according to their living experience and experience paradigm. These two acts on the environmental governance of X village at the same time, showing the "interaction break" in the process of governance interaction. Therefore, the village's environmental pollution management model is mechanical and inefficient. How to understand this problem and then put forward suggestions for better rural environmental governance is worth pondering.Based on this problem, the author analyzes the behaviors, interaction methods, and external environment of each subject in the village environmental pollution control system based on the interaction theory, rational choice theory, and modernization theory.Summarize the micro-social interaction mechanism existing in the environmental governance model in the X village's perspective, and draw the conclusion that "the weakening of village democracy makes the endogenous motivation of the village in environmental governance insufficient",and imagine a feasible solution from the perspective of social interaction theory.
