The Emission Status And Countermeasures Of Air Pollutants For Large Shipyard

Air pollution is one of the most important environmental problems in China.The Yangtze River Delta is the key area for the prevention and control of air pollutants in China.Since Reform and Opening,China's standard system has undergone tremendous changes,from the past system based on comprehensive emission standards to the current system based on industry standards.The "Integrated Emission Standards for Air Pollutants"(GB16297-1996),which was issued based on the control technology level in 1996,has not fully reflected the changes in current technological advances.The standard systems and limits of GB16297-1996 are also unable to meet the current requirements.Therefore,on December 1,2015,the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment and Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision issued a new Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants(DB31-933-2015).On this basis,this paper collected the relevant provisions of Shanghai and China on air pollutant emission standards and control technology,and analyzed the present situation of large shipyards in Shanghai,clear the types of air pollutants of ship and marine engineering equipment production process of large shipyard,looking for problems and gaps,research and put forward the path to control and improve the emissions of air pollutants.
