Give the alternative proposal for the old shipyard that cannot be transformed because of production tasks to meet pollutant discharge standards.At the same time,this article analysis the Dalian shipbuilding and ship reparing project according to the local natural condition and general situation of this project combined with the total discharge of the pollutants and give the equipment suggestion to prevent pollution. This article analyze and forecast the oil spill accident risk factors and the probability of occurrence and spill volume about the green ship repairing and ship dismantling project of Dalian ship industry according to the oil spill occurred in recent years around Dalian sea. And come to a conclusion of the acceptable risk level of this project. Then give the equipment requirements and suggestion of this project based on the analysis above combined with 《port oil spill response equipment requirements》At last, this article put forward a suggestion that we should distinguish the number of emergency equipment on ship building, repairing and dismantling unit. And we should clear the use of some harmful material which is indicated in the international standard during ship building and repairing process in the domestic standard so that facilitate the relevant units to strengthen supervision and management. In order to do a good job of the prevention and control of pollution and develop shipping industry.
