A Study On The Coupling Development Of Ecotourism And Ecological Civilization Construction

In recent years,our country has vigorously promoted the construction of ecological civilization and promulgated a series of policies one after another.From the report of the 17 th National Congress of 2001 to the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in2012,the "ecological civilization" was juxtaposed as a "five-in-one",and then in 2018,China wrote the "ecological civilization" into the constitution.It can be seen that our country attaches importance to the construction of ecological civilization.China has always attached importance to the development of ecotourism,at present,ecotourism in China has entered a golden period of development.Ecotourism emphasizes the protection of tourism destination environment,which is in line with the requirements of ecological civilization construction.Strengthening the Construction of Ecological Civilization for Ecotourism Development also has a positive impact,but there are some differences between them,so this paper discusses the coupling relationship between ecotourism and ecological civilization construction.First of all,this paper analyzes the relationship between ecotourism,ecological civilization construction and ecotourism and ecological civilization construction at home and abroad.It is found that the foreign research on ecotourism is earlier,the scope of research is wide,the results are rich,the research on ecological civilization construction is less,but there are more studies on ecology,but there are few studies on the relationship between them.Although the domestic scholars’ research on ecotourism started relatively late,it has developed rapidly.At present,it has a complete theoretical system,and there are also a lot of research on the construction of ecological civilization,but the research on the combination of the two is less.Secondly,the paper analyzes the coupling relationship between ecotourism and ecological civilization construction,and analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the coupling between ecotourism and ecological civilization construction from three aspects: demand system,gravity system and support system,and makes the transmission model of coupling power.Then the operational mechanism of the coupling of ecotourism and ecological civilization construction is analyzed by using the dissipative structure theory from the initial stage,the running-in stage,the coordination stage and the upgrading stage.Then the paper constructs the evaluation index system of the coupling relationship between ecotourism and ecological civilization construction,with a total of 2 principalcriterion layers,9 sub-criterion layers and 33 indicators,and explains the selected indicators.In this paper,the normalization method of indicators is used to standardize the indexes.In order to reduce the error,the qualitative analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and quantitative entropy method are used to calculate the weight of the index,and the comprehensive weight is obtained and a coupling evaluation model is established.The paper analyses the coupling development relationship between the eco-tourism and the ecological civilization construction in the last five years of the county,and finds out that the coupling coordination has been in the rising trend,and is currently in the middle stage of coordination.Then,according to the indicators and the index weight of the existing problems in the current development of the Gongcheng county autonomous county,the development path of the further coupling between the eco-tourism and the ecological civilization construction of the Gongcheng autonomous autonomous county is put forward.
